Bise

1. n. A pale blue pigment, prepared from the native blue carbonate of copper, or from smalt; — called also blue bice.
2. n. A cold north wind which prevails on the northern coasts of the Mediterranean and in Switzerland, etc.; — nearly the same as the mistral.
